At Floor & Décor
you will pay the lowest prices
in the city- guaranteed!
In fact, we challenge your
customers to find a lower price
on any identical item. In the
unlikely event you do, we’ll beat that
price by 10%. Just bring in any competitor’s
lower price. After we verify it with an ad,
a phone call or a receipt, the item is yours
at 10% less from Floor & Décor. No
one will sell you flooring for less than Floor
& Décor. It’s
that simple.
Competitor’s price must be an everyday
or advertised identical in-stock item. Competitor’s
damaged, clearance, close-out,
discontinued, special-buy or
liquidation sales are excluded
from this offer. Current in-store
price, if lower, overrides
our advertised price.
Return Policy
Our goal is for you to be satisfied
with your purchase from Floor & Décor.
You may return any unused boxed and non-damaged
merchandise for an exchange or refund with original
receipt within 30 days to any store. Used or
opened tools are not eligible for return but
can be exchanged due to defects within 30 days
from the date of purchase.

be credited using the original
payment type. Check transactions
over $250 will be refunded
by mail within 14 days of the
