Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of when the customer receives the product. Keep in mind that extra materials are handy for repairs, should you need them. You may return unopened, resalable items to any Floor and Decor Outlets of America, Inc store location. However, there are some items that are non-returnable. Floor and Decor does not accept discontinued products or special order purchases. Used or opened tools, if verified to be defective, can be exchanged. Please call our Customer Care Specialists at 1-877-675-0002 on Mon–Fri from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Time for authorization. If you are unable to return the product to one of our store locations, please call our Customer Care Specialists for authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for all original and return shipping costs. After Floor and Decor Outlets of America receives the product, please allow 36 hours to process the return. Your refund will be provided by the same method you originally used to order the product(s). Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please call our Customer Care Specialists immediately at 1-877-675-0002 on Mon–Fri from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Time. Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, Floor and Decor of America will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
